The same shipping terms apply on every product page, in the cart and at checkout. Shipping is calculated on the order, not per item.

Australia Post Express Post, tracked. Every order ships this way; there is no slower option.

Shipping cost

A$10 flat rate per order, Australia-wide.

Free shipping

Orders with a product subtotal of A$199 or more (after any discounts) ship free.

Order cut-off

2pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT), Monday to Friday, excluding Victorian public holidays.

Handling time

0–1 business days. Orders placed before the cut-off are dispatched the same business day; later orders go out the next business day.

Transit time

1–3 business days after dispatch (Australia Post estimate). Metro areas are usually 1–2 business days; regional and remote areas can take longer.

1–4 business days from the time you place your order.

Essential Peptides Au currently ships within Australia only. At this time, international shipping is not available. We deliver to street addresses, PO Boxes, and Australia Post Parcel Lockers and Parcel Collect locations.

Orders are paid by bank transfer. Processing starts once your payment is received and matched to your order number. Paid orders received before 2pm Melbourne time (AEST/AEDT) on a business day are dispatched the same day. Orders paid after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive an email with your Australia Post tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

We use Australia Post for all domestic shipments, with tracking included. Every order ships Express Post. Estimated transit times, in business days after dispatch:

• Metro areas, including capital cities and major metropolitan zones, typically arrive in 1–2 business days. Next business day delivery may be possible within the Express Post network for eligible postcodes.
• Regional, rural, or remote areas, including outer suburbs, country towns, and remote communities, generally take 1–3 or more business days due to distance from major hubs.
• Overall Australia-wide estimate: 1–3 business days after dispatch, with remote locations sometimes taking longer.

Metro areas generally refer to capital cities such as Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane, along with surrounding suburbs. Regional, rural, or remote areas include country towns, outer regions, and remote communities, where delivery times are longer because of transport routes and distance.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete. Essential Peptides Au is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost parcels resulting from incorrect address information or unavailable recipients.

All delivery timeframes are estimates only, provided by Australia Post and based on their standard guidelines. Actual delivery times can vary and may be longer due to factors outside our control, including courier network issues, peak shipping periods, weather conditions, natural disasters, address inaccuracies, or other unforeseen circumstances with Australia Post.
